Cancellation Policy (বাতিলকরণ নীতি)
Tickets bought through Paribahan.com can be cancelled as per the cancellation policy below. However, as a ticket selling agent, Paribahan.com is bound to comply with the terms set by the operator/event organizer/vendor whose ticket it is selling. So, if the operator/event organizer denies refund even though claim was made within the terms mentioned here, Paribahan.com will be unable to issue such refund.
Paribahan.com এর মাধ্যমে কেনা টিকিট নীচের বাতিলকরণ নীতি অনুযায়ী বাতিল করা যেতে পারে। টিকিট বিক্রির এজেন্ট হিসেবে, Paribahan.com যে অপারেটর/ইভেন্ট অর্গানাইজার/বিক্রেতার টিকিট বিক্রি করছে তার দ্বারা নির্ধারিত শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে বাধ্য। সুতরাং, এখানে উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলীর মধ্যে দাবি করা সত্ত্বেও যদি অপারেটর/ইভেন্ট আয়োজক অর্থ ফেরত অস্বীকার করে, তাহলে Paribahan.com এই ধরনের টিকিট মুল্য ফেরত দিতে অক্ষম হবে।
Auto cancellation (স্বয়ংক্রিয় বাতিলকরণ)
- • The ticket will be treated as cancelled if passenger fails to report at the reporting station before the departure schedule.
- • যাত্রী ছাড়ার সময়সূচীর আগে রিপোর্টিং স্টেশনে রিপোর্ট করতে ব্যর্থ হলে টিকিট বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
Failure to Pay (অর্থ প্রদানে ব্যর্থতা)
- • No ticket will be activated unless the customer has paid the full amount mentioned on the screen.
- • গ্রাহক স্ক্রিনে উল্লিখিত সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ প্রদান না করলে কোনো টিকিট সক্রিয় হবে না।
- • For mobile payments, it is the responsibility of the customer to input transaction ID (if applicable), PIN, OTP properly within time to confirm his ticket by himself. Paribahan.com sometimes does the verification for the customer as a courtesy, but it is not Paribahan.com’s responsibility or service promise.
- • মোবাইল পেমেন্টের জন্য, গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব হল তার টিকিট নিজেই নিশ্চিত করার জন্য ট্রানজ্যাকশন আইডি (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়), পিন, ওটিপি সঠিকভাবে ইনপুট করা । Paribahan.com মাঝে মাঝে সৌজন্য হিসাবে গ্রাহকের জন্য যাচাইকরণ করে, তবে এটি Paribahan.com-এর দায়িত্ব বা পরিষেবার প্রতিশ্রুতি নয়।
- • Tickets will be automatically canceled if customer does not confirm payment within 30 minutes. For mobile payments customer must complete payment and also verify transaction within this stipulated time. During Eid sales month, Paribahan.com will not do any verification on behalf of the customers.
- • গ্রাহক ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত না করলে টিকিট স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। মোবাইল পেমেন্টের জন্য গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ করতে হবে এবং এই নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে লেনদেন যাচাই করতে হবে। ঈদের বিক্রির মাসে পরিবহন ডটকম গ্রাহকদের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো যাচাই-বাছাই করবে না।
Ticket cancellation eligibility (টিকিট বাতিলের যোগ্যতা)

To be eligible for refund, customer needs to cancel the ticket from paribahan.com before the applicable time before the departure. And must report the cancelation to the support center (i.e Call 09613 555 000 or email to support@paribahan.com) of paribahan.com.

- • Upon receiving refund requests accurately though email (support@paribahan.com) in the format outlined above, Paribahan.com will process refund within 10 business days (excluding holidays / weekends), subject to verification by the transportation operator/event organizer.
- • উপরে বর্ণিত বিন্যাসে সঠিকভাবে অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধ ইমেইলে (support@paribahan.com) পাওয়ার পর, পরিবহন অপারেটর/ইভেন্ট সংগঠকের দ্বারা যাচাই সাপেক্ষে, Paribahan.com ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে (ছুটি/সপ্তাহান্ত ব্যতীত) ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া করবে।
- • For clarity, timing commitment starts from the time of receiving the ACCURATE information, mistakes will cause delays

o In case of payments through bKash, credit card, debit card or internet banking, after Paribahan.com processes the refund, the payment gateway or bank may take up to 1 week to 2 weeks to credit the amount to customer account, which is beyond Paribahan.com’s responsibility. Once Paribahan.com has processed the refund, customers are requested to enquire at their respective bank(s) about the status of the refund.

Amount of refund (ফেরতের পরিমাণ)
- • Fees charged by payment gateways, credit / debit cards, mobile payment gateways (e.g. bKash) are non-refundable due to the policies of the respective organizations, which is beyond Paribahan.com's control.
- • পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে, ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (যেমন বিকাশ) দ্বারা চার্জ করা ফি সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতির কারণে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, যা Paribahan.com-এর নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।
- • Paribahan.com convenience fee is refundable only in case of trip cancellations by operators during non-eid times. For Eid tickets, convenience fee is non-refundable even if the operator has cancelled the trip. This fee is also non-refundable if the passenger cancels the tickets due to a change of decision to travel.
- • Paribahan.com সুবিধার ফি শুধুমাত্র অপারেটরদের দ্বারা ঈদ বহির্ভূত সময়ে ট্রিপ বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে ফেরতযোগ্য। ঈদের টিকিটের জন্য, অপারেটর ট্রিপ বাতিল করলেও সুবিধার ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। ভ্রমণের সিদ্ধান্ত পরিবর্তনের কারণে যাত্রী টিকিট বাতিল করলে এই ফিও ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- • As per policy of an operator, Paribahan.com may deduct a certain percentage (%) of the ticket price towards cancellation fee, where-ever applicable.
- • অপারেটরের নীতি অনুযায়ী, Paribahan.com টিকিটের মূল্যের একটি নির্দিষ্ট শতাংশ (%)যেখানে-যেখানে প্রযোজ্য তাদের জন্য টিকিট বাতিল ফি, কাটতে পারে।
- • For refunds through mobile payment gateways (e.g. bKash), a fee is charged by the mobile payment company which will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. Similar condition will apply if the bank charges any such additional fee.
- • মোবাইল পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের (যেমন বিকাশ) মাধ্যমে রিফান্ডের জন্য, মোবাইল পেমেন্ট কোম্পানি একটি ফি চার্জ করে যা যোগ্য রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে। ব্যাঙ্ক যদি এই ধরনের অতিরিক্ত ফি নেয় তাহলে একই শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হবে।
Special circumstances (বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে)
- • If a customer has sent payment to Paribahan.com but the e-ticket is not confirmed or generated, i.e., there is no transaction ID or tickets booked/reserved by the mobile number of the mobile payment account, he can claim for refund in the similar procedure as above, without the ticket number. Such refunds will be given 7 business days (excluding Friday and Saturday) AFTER the event/trip has taken place. This is applicable for eid times also.
- • যদি একজন গ্রাহক Paribahan.com-এ অর্থপ্রদান করে থাকেন কিন্তু ই-টিকিট নিশ্চিত বা জেনারেট না হয়, অর্থাৎ, মোবাইল পেমেন্ট অ্যাকাউন্টের মোবাইল নম্বর দ্বারা কোনো লেনদেন আইডি বা টিকিট বুক করা/সংরক্ষিত না থাকে, তাহলে তিনি টাকা ফেরতের জন্য দাবি করতে পারেন। টিকিট নম্বর ছাড়া উপরের মত অনুরূপ পদ্ধতিতে। এই ধরনের অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে ইভেন্ট/ট্রিপ হওয়ার ৭ কার্যদিবস (সরকারী ছুটি বাদে) পরে। এটি ঈদের সময়ও প্রযোজ্য।
- • If a customer has made an excess or less payment for a ticket accidentally, he is eligible for refund but he must claim for the refund within 24 hours of making the payment
- • যদি কোনও গ্রাহক দুর্ঘটনাক্রমে টিকিটের জন্য অতিরিক্ত বা কম অর্থ প্রদান করে থাকেন, তবে তিনি ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য তবে অর্থপ্রদান করার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে তাকে অবশ্যই ফেরতের জন্য দাবি করতে হবে।
- • If a customer has reserved a ticket and made a payment, however, for some reason, the ticket purchase process was not successful and a ticket was not issued, a customer can claim refund as per the policy above. Ticket number is not required, but mobile # used for booking and other information are required.

- • In case of card payments, last 4 digits of the card, type of card is also needed. It is to be noted that for reasons beyond Paribahan.com’s control, card payment may sometimes require time to post on the payment gateway’s panel which Paribahan.com uses to verify payment. Paribahan.com can only verify payment after it has been posted on the said panel.
- • কার্ড পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে, কার্ডের শেষ ৪ সংখ্যা, কার্ডের ধরনও জানাতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য যে, কার্ড পেমেন্টের জন্য কখনও কখনও পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের প্যানেলে পোস্ট করতে সময় লাগতে পারে যা Paribahan.com পেমেন্ট যাচাই করতে ব্যবহার করে এবং এটা Paribahan.com-এর নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের। Paribahan.com উল্লিখিত প্যানেলে পোস্ট করার পরেই পেমেন্ট যাচাই করতে পারে।
- • In case of BKash payments, full mobile number will be required. It is to be noted that for reasons beyond Paribahan.com’s control, payment may require some times to post on the payment gateway’s panel which Paribahan.com uses to verify payment. Paribahan.com can only verify payment after it has been posted on the said panel.
- • বিকাশ পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ মোবাইল নম্বর প্রয়োজন হবে। উল্লেখ্য যে, পেমেন্টের জন্য কখনও কখনও পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের প্যানেলে পোস্ট করতে সময় লাগতে পারে যা Paribahan.com পেমেন্ট যাচাই করতে ব্যবহার করে এবং এটা Paribahan.com-এর নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের। Paribahan.com উল্লিখিত প্যানেলে পোস্ট করার পরেই পেমেন্ট যাচাই করতে পারে।
